Your staging consultation should therefore be enstrusted to a professional who has received industry-related training, such as an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) or Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS). Tracey Staack has acquired both of these highly recognized designations and has developed the Staged-to-Sell report, a personalized interior/exterior consultation that encompasses all of the necessary elements which attract buyers.

Our Staging Services are offered as part of our Residential Staged Listing Package, or as " a la carte" services that can be hired by "For Sale By Owner" sellers, other real estate professionals (a non-compete agreement will be included), builders and contractors.
Our a la carte prices are as follows:
- Staged to Sell Consultation $350 (2-3 hours, depending on property needs)
- Professional Staging $2.50/sq. ft. (cost of materials, if necessary, is not included)
